“THE EYE DACH”

Meet Dr. Julie: a self-proclaimed accessory queen and eye-nerd with an obsessive attention to detail. This proved to be a dangerous combination (since glasses are fabulous accessories for your face!) and 43 pairs later, she opened The Eye Shoppe in July 2012 to share her obsession with the public.

Originally a native of Wichita, Kansas, Dr. Julie graduated from the University of Missouri St. Louis College of Optometry in 2003. Though she still doesn’t like the pizza here, she enjoys the St. Louis area and resides in Florissant with her husband and children, including two humans and two dachshunds.

Our goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, comfortable environment with high-quality care and fabulous eyewear! When you become a patient at The Eye Shoppe, you become part of our eyecare family. It is important to us to provide personalized service to each of our patients, and as a result, many of our patients have become close friends. We always accept new patients and enjoy caring for all ages and lifestyles from birth forward!

We take our responsibility of providing quality eyewear seriously: we strive to provide exceptional products as economically as possible. All of our labs are located here in the United States and utilize the latest technology for the best visual experience. We’ll walk you through the process of choosing which lens options are best for your needs in order to customize your eyewear. We want you to make informed decisions and be happy with your investment - and your vision!

Contact Lenses

Contact lenses are a great option for those who want the flexibility of vision without the accessory of glasses. Today’s technology allows almost anyone to wear contact lenses to correct their vision without compromising their eye health. We utilize a variety of lenses to find the perfect fit that offers comfortable, healthy vision for all ages.

Sunglasses are great functional accessories! We offer high quality options in both non-prescription and prescription options, with and without polarized lenses.
