I went and saw Dr Julie Emming-Thomas today fearing the eye dilating and the end results, I'm also terrible about doing exams (8years since my last.) She was wonderful, she only dilates if you wear a high prescription, ie bifocals. she also did a very through exam and told me my eyes are slightly better, only issue was dry eye. I will definitely come back for my once a year exams and refer friends and family. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Her office is comfortable and stylish.

Dr Thomas was fantastic. Best exam I have had in long time. Instead of puff of air in eyes for the glaucoma. She puts drops I your eyes. She gets a better reading. The charm of the boutique , makes you feel at home. Selection is great for frames. Has price range for almost every budget. I am so glad found her and will tell others. And I try to support local.

I went in search of a new eye doctor and was lucky enough to discover this place on the first shot. Dr. Emming-Thomas is very thorough and has great people skills (so many doctors lack people skills). The shoppe itself is great - a beautiful boutique feel with a great selection of frames. The other staff I encountered during my visit were also pleasant and helpful. I will be back.
